This image was done using 3dsmax and VRay, with little retouches on Photoshop.
The client wanted to show some interiors of a set of flats they were selling. I used Irradiance Map + Light Caché to render the scene. It has also a little studio setup for the lights: one lighting from the window, and two more lights behind the camera.
Some of the models in the image are from library.
